Main FAQYes. Upgrades take effect immediately — you pay the prorated difference and get the new tier's perks from the next styling window. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle so nothing is wasted.
You get a 7-day grace period (we'll WhatsApp you). After that the cycle pauses — production stops, but your measurements and styling tags are saved. Resume when you pay. No interest, no late fees.
No. Month-to-month, cycle-to-cycle. Cancel from the app at any time. The only commitment is the standing-order discount (5% off) which locks in your seat for the year — but you can switch to pay-per-cycle whenever.
Full refund within 7 days of cycle open, as long as we haven't measured you yet. After measurement, we offer a credit toward the next cycle. After production starts, the outfit is yours — but if fit is off, we re-tailor at no cost.
Your price is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. If we raise prices for new members, existing subscribers keep their original rate forever. Pause and re-subscribe = current pricing.
Yes. Gift any tier as 1, 3 or 6 cycles. Recipient gets a beautifully-packaged welcome card and an app invite. Measurements are theirs to take.
Starts at ₦1.5M per year, scales with how many pieces and what fabrics. Most custom plans land between ₦1.5M and ₦4M annually. We send a written brief after a 30-min call — no obligation.
