1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Vicelle Services. Accounts created on behalf of a minor are strictly prohibited.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials (passcodes for customers, passwords for tailors). You may not operate multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.

3. The Services

Vicelle operates a fashion-tech platform connecting customers with independent tailors for the creation and delivery of custom garments.

4. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
